Biodiversity

1. Vegetation - Forest within sanctuary is Southern Tropical Dry Deciduous Forest under Champions revised classified of forest types of India 1963. Trees like teak, anjan, babul, tamarindus, dhavda, jambhul, kadai,haldu, khair, mahuwa, nimb, salai, tiwas along with different bamboo, shrubs, herbs, grasses, climbers, parasites species found in the forest.

2. Mammals - Tiger, leopard, Bear, chinkara, Hare, flying squirrel, Indian wolf, jackal, wildl cat, hyena, porcupine, common fox, mongoose, langur, barking deer, spotted deer, wild boar etc

3. Reptiles - calottes, gecko, python, cobra, chameleon, common garden lizard, common monitor lizard, krait, common rat snake, viper etc

4. Avifauna - Peacock, stork, egret, pigeon, forest owlet, cormorant, hornbill, heron, ibis, eagle, kite, wood pecker, sandpiper, parakeet, babbler, flycatcher etc.
